These policies help us keep the camp organized, safe, and enjoyable for all children.

Arrival and Pickup
Camp begins at 9:00 AM. Children must be picked up at the selected program end time. Only authorized adults may pick up a camper. Photo identification may be requested.

Attendance
Please notify us if your child will be absent or late. Missed days are not automatically refundable or transferable unless approved by management.

Behavior Expectations
Campers are expected to show respect, participate, listen to staff, and treat others kindly. Staff may redirect behavior and contact parents if needed.

Food and Allergies
Snacks are included. Full-day campers should bring lunch unless otherwise communicated. Parents must disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions.

Clothing
Campers should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for movement, rehearsal, and performance activities.

Electronics
Personal electronics should remain put away unless staff gives permission. Miami Berpro Music Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Health and Illness
Please keep your child home if they have a fever, contagious illness, vomiting, or symptoms that could affect other campers.

Final Performance
All campers are encouraged to participate in the final performance. Details for show day will be shared with parents during the camp.

Sign up is easy and parent-friendly, with helpful staff at the front desk six days a week to serve you. Because we only offer lessons on a month-to-month basis, there are no large upfront payments, no complicated contracts, no annual material and no semester minimums.
